This may sound a little strange to some, but positive visualisation is a scientifically proven tool that is much used in elite level sport. Additionally, virtually every successful person I’ve ever met, regardless of their chosen field of excellence, makes use of this tool to some degree. Numerous scientific studies have shown that positive visualisation can have a marked effect on self-image and performance.
